The pilot is the first paid step in a Nostos engagement. It is not a generic setup fee. It reserves the delivery window and funds the work required to validate migration on your own subscriber base.

What the pilot validates

The pilot is designed to validate:
  • Subscriber uptake
  • Retention signal
  • Billing success
  • Support load
  • Cancellation guidance
  • Cohort sequencing
  • Migration economics

Why a pilot exists

Migration works best when the buyer does not have to commit the whole book on assumption. The pilot creates evidence on your subscribers, your brand, your payment rail, and your app-access model before broader migration begins.

What happens next

After the pilot, the program either continues into broader migration, pauses for adjustment, or stops with the evidence gathered. When it continues, the pilot fee is credited in full against migration fees.
