Recurr operates the infrastructure; your subscribers only see you. Migration emails, web checkout, billing portal, and help center all sit on your domain, in your visual identity, with copy you sign off on.

Two journeys, one experience

Existing subscribers migrate from store rails to web; new subscribers convert on web before install. Both arrive in your app with the subscription already live.

Existing subscriber — migrating to web

1

Personalized migration email

Receives a sequenced offer to migrate — branded to your app, tuned to their cohort, opt-out aware. Reaches their inbox in the time zone and rhythm Recurr’s models recommend.
2

Branded web checkout

Clicks through to your branded checkout. Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card. Subscription cancels on the store the moment the web sub activates — no double-billing.
3

App access continues

Entitlement syncs back to your provider via webhook. Next time they open the app, access is uninterrupted — same features, same data, same login.

New subscriber — web sign-up to app

1

Branded landing page

Acquisition channel (ads, organic, partnerships) lands the prospect on your branded web page — not an app-store listing. Conversion happens here, at peak intent.
2

Web checkout

Enters card details on your branded checkout before they install. Apple + Google Sign In supported so account continuity carries over to the app.
3

App access ready

Installs the app with the subscription already active. No second purchase step inside the app, no friction between intent and use.

Four surfaces, one brand

Each touchpoint sits on your domain, in your visual identity, with copy you sign off on. The migration is operated by Recurr — subscribers only ever see you.

Migration emails

Branded, on-cadence emails reach subscribers in their inbox with the offer to move. Opt-out aware, sequenced to the cohort, tested for inbox-readability across major clients.

Branded checkout

Web checkout on your branded domain, in your brand. Apple Pay and Google Pay supported alongside cards. Subscribers convert and the subscription is active before they next open the app.

Billing portal

Self-serve subscription management. Subscribers view payment history, update card details, pause, resume, or cancel — without calling support. Magic-link entry, no password.

Help center

Branded knowledge base with subscription FAQs, billing answers, and a contact path. Reduces support load on your team for questions Recurr can answer directly.

Continuity — nothing changes for your subscribers

The surfaces are new. The behavior they’re already used to — login, payment, app access — isn’t.

Same login

Subscribers sign in with Apple, Google, or the email they’ve always used. Identity bridge maps the web account to the same identity, so there’s no fresh password to set or remember.

Same payment

Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card. Subscribers pay the way they prefer — the same wallets they already use everywhere else. No new learning curve, no manual card entry on the phone.

Same app access

Entitlement syncs back to your provider via webhook. Subscribers open the app and access continues — same features, same data, same session.
Identity continuity → covers the auth handoff in detail; Branded checkout → covers the web flow.
