Recurr does not ask every app to start a migration. The process is designed to confirm fit, protect internal alignment, and only reserve implementation capacity when the path is credible.Documentation Index

The path
Run the audit
The public audit shows year-one recovery, steady-state recovery, and the one-time cash-flow injection using a small number of inputs.
Take the Migration Review
A 30-minute founder-led review pressure-tests the numbers, checks technical readiness, and looks for a safe first pilot path.
Receive the Migration Analysis
If the Migration Review supports a pilot, Recurr sends a decision document with the recovery model, readiness notes, likely first cohort, and pilot terms.
Reserve an implementation window
If a pilot slot is offered, the pilot fee (from $10K) reserves the window. The fee is credited against migration if the pilot scales.
Implementation windows
Pilot capacity is deliberately limited while the framework is founder-led. Recurr only offers windows that can actually be serviced. The slot language is simple:| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Available | A near-term implementation window is open |
| Held | A window is temporarily held while the buyer reviews the Migration Analysis |
| Reserved | The pilot fee is paid and the kickoff window is confirmed |
Pilot fee
The pilot fee starts from $10,000 USD, scaling with the size of the migration project.- Credited against migration if the pilot scales.
- Refundable before pilot kickoff if internal alignment changes.
- Not refundable after kickoff, because the pilot work has started.
