Recurr does not ask every app to start a migration. The process is designed to confirm fit, protect internal alignment, and only reserve implementation capacity when the path is credible.

The path

1

Run the audit

The public audit shows year-one recovery, steady-state recovery, and the one-time cash-flow injection using a small number of inputs.
2

Take the Migration Review

A 30-minute founder-led review pressure-tests the numbers, checks technical readiness, and looks for a safe first pilot path.
3

Receive the Migration Analysis

If the Migration Review supports a pilot, Recurr sends a decision document with the recovery model, readiness notes, likely first cohort, and pilot terms.
4

Reserve an implementation window

If a pilot slot is offered, the pilot fee (from $10K) reserves the window. The fee is credited against migration if the pilot scales.
5

Kick off the pilot

The pilot runs controlled waves against matched IAP holdouts. Full migration is scoped from real pilot data, not from pre-call assumptions.

Implementation windows

Pilot capacity is deliberately limited while the framework is founder-led. Recurr only offers windows that can actually be serviced. The slot language is simple:
StatusMeaning
AvailableA near-term implementation window is open
HeldA window is temporarily held while the buyer reviews the Migration Analysis
ReservedThe pilot fee is paid and the kickoff window is confirmed
If the next realistic window is too far out, that is surfaced before payment. The point of the reservation is to create commitment around a real kickoff window, not to park a prospect in limbo while app-store fees keep accruing.

Pilot fee

The pilot fee starts from $10,000 USD, scaling with the size of the migration project.
  • Credited against migration if the pilot scales.
  • Refundable before pilot kickoff if internal alignment changes.
  • Not refundable after kickoff, because the pilot work has started.
That refund window is a risk reversal on internal alignment, not a promise that Recurr absorbs the cost of an underperforming pilot.

Full migration fee

Full migration is scoped separately after fit is confirmed and pilot details are clear. It is not published as a fixed public price because the scope depends on app size, stack, cohort complexity, and operational support needs. For qualified apps, full migration is typically scoped below one month of current app-store fees. Pilot reservation explains the reservation mechanics in more detail.
