How we operate the Recurr marketing site, the newsletter, and the contact channels you use to reach us. Plain English first; legal underneath.

Plain summary
What this means in one breath.
We collect your email when you subscribe to the newsletter or fill in a form on this site. We use it to send you the things you asked for — newsletter content and direct replies to your enquiry — plus occasional updates about Recurr. We don't sell your data. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information at any time by replying to any email or writing to privacy@recurr.dev.
What we collect
Email, plus a small amount of context.
When you submit a form on this site (newsletter, workshop application, contact), we record:
- Your email address (and any other fields you completed in the form)
- The page you submitted from
- UTM parameters on the URL, if present, to help us understand how you found us
- A timestamp of submission
We do not collect tracking cookies for advertising. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, request path) are retained for security and operational monitoring only.
How we use it
Send you what you asked for, plus occasional updates.
- Send newsletter content you subscribed to
- Reply to enquiries you submitted via a contact form
- Schedule and confirm workshop sessions you requested
- Send occasional product updates relevant to mobile subscription apps
- Improve the website experience based on aggregate, non-identifying patterns
We do not sell, rent, or share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.
Sub-processors
Who handles your data on our behalf.
Recurr uses the following providers to operate the website, store form submissions, and send email. Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
- Vercel — Hosting and deployment of the marketing site
- Supabase — Storage of form submissions (email, page, UTM)
- Resend — Transactional and newsletter email delivery
Your rights
You can unsubscribe or delete your data at any time.
- Unsubscribe from any newsletter via the link in every email, or by replying with a request
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing in jurisdictions where that right applies (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Email privacy@recurr.dev for any of the above. We respond within 30 days.
Retention
We keep what we need, no longer than that.
Newsletter subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 24 months unless you ask us to delete sooner. Workshop application and contact form submissions are kept for the duration of the active conversation, then archived for up to 24 months for follow-up purposes.
Aggregated, non-identifying analytics (page views, referrers, conversion rates) may be retained indefinitely.

Use the site for what it's for.
The recurr.dev marketing site and its content are provided for informational purposes about Recurr's products and services. Content may be updated or withdrawn without notice. You may not scrape, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of this site without written permission.
