# Migration Dashboard

> The signed-customer Nostos workspace for onboarding, cohort progress, go-live readiness, reporting, and program operations.

The Migration Dashboard is the Nostos operating surface after signing.

The Migration Hub supports pre-signature diligence and approvals. After pilot payment and kickoff, the customer moves into the Migration Dashboard for onboarding, cohort operations, readiness checks, reporting, and ongoing program visibility.

## What it is for

## What changes after signing

The sales decision moves out of the Migration Hub.

The operating work moves into the Migration Dashboard:

* Pilot onboarding
* Go-live checklist
* Cohort status
* Subscriber surface readiness
* Migration reporting
* Export and webhook setup
* Oikos activation as the web book comes online

## Operating cadence

<Steps>
  <Step title="Approve cohort and message">
    Confirm who receives the migration, what they see, and what support path exists.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Run the cohort">
    Recurr operates the send, checkout path, reporting, and monitoring.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review signals">
    Uptake, billing success, support load, retention, and churn-risk signal are reviewed against gates.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Scale, pause, or adjust">
    The next cohort moves only when the agreed signals hold.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Thea assistant

The Migration Dashboard includes Thea, an AI-powered assistant for the signed-customer workspace.

Thea helps the customer team understand onboarding tasks, go-live readiness, cohort status, and supporting context. It helps people move through the work; Recurr still operates the program.

## What stays controlled

Dashboard access is still role-aware. Customers can bring in finance, technical, product, support, legal, or executive stakeholders without giving every person the same operating permissions.
