# Program Go-live

> How the pilot is reviewed and, on a go decision, the full migration and its fee activate.

The pilot is deliberately bounded — a contained cohort, a fixed window, a clear set of results. Program go-live is the decision, made together, to take what the pilot proved and roll it out across the book.

## Reviewing the pilot

Once the pilot cohort has moved and had time to settle, Recurr and the customer review the results against the success criteria agreed before the pilot began. The bar is set up front, so the decision is honest either way — nothing is judged after the fact.

The review looks at what actually happened: how many subscribers moved, how they retained against a comparable group left on store billing, and how the economics landed.

## The decision

The review ends in a decision made together.

* **Go** — the pilot proved out, and the full migration proceeds, wave by wave.
* **Iterate** — adjust the offer, cadence, or cohort and run another round. No new fee.
* **Stop** — the pilot ends here. The cohort keeps what it gained, and nothing further is owed.

## What activates on go

The migration fee follows results, so it turns on only here — once the pilot has proved out and the program goes live.

* The migration fee begins for the migrated pilot cohort: a flat 5% of what each subscriber pays, billed in arrears as they pay, across their first twelve months of service on web billing.
* Your pilot deposit is credited in full against it — the pilot funds the work up front, then converts into the migration economics. A head start, not a fee on top.
* The full migration rolls out from here, and each migrated subscriber's included first year on Oikos runs alongside.

See [Pricing model](/docs/working-with/pricing-model) for the fee summary, and the [Migration Dashboard](/docs/working-with/migration-dashboard) for how the rollout is run day to day.
