# Design Partner Program

> An early-customer commercial program for the first cohort of Recurr migrations. Roadmap input, founder-led delivery, preferred pricing, priority access.

The Design Partner Program is Recurr's frame for early customers — apps signing up for the first migration cohort, before customer count scales out. The program is intentionally limited and sunsets as Recurr exits its early phase.

## What it is

Design Partners are migration customers signing up while Recurr is still building the platform's operational depth. The relationship is closer than a standard SaaS engagement: customer feedback shapes the roadmap, founder delivery is direct, and commercial terms reflect the trade-off — earlier customers carry more uncertainty, and the program acknowledges that with concrete perks.

The standard commercial offer (pilot deposit + Migration Program scope + 3.5% platform fee + 2.5% migration performance fee) applies in full. The Design Partner Program adds perks on top.

## Who it's for

Design Partner status is offered to apps that match the Recurr ICP — subscription mobile apps on iOS or Google Play, \$1M+ ARR, with reachable subscribers — and who are ready to engage now, not later. The program is bounded by capacity: the founder can run a finite number of Migration Programs concurrently.

## When the program sunsets

The Design Partner Program is a phase, not a tier. As Recurr scales past the early cohort, the program winds down — perks tied to scarcity (founder-led delivery, roadmap input) only work at small N.

Customers in the program at signing keep their original terms through the engagement; the program doesn't sunset mid-Migration Program.
